Alaska public-construction contracts exceeding $25,000 under AS 36.05.005.

More than $25,000, not $25,000 or more.
The rules
- Covered workers receive at least the regional prevailing rate determined by Alaska DOL. Section 36.05.010 uses the latest determination issued at least ten days before final bid submission. Source
- That rate applies for the life of the contract or 24 calendar months, whichever is shorter. Longer contracts apply new determinations at the statutory 24-month intervals when a new determination has been issued. Source
